His main ability is his capability of altering the appearance of things by will- or in other words, illusion manipulation and shapeshifting. He can transform himself into any shape or figure he desires and at any time. However, spending too long in disguise may cause him fatigue.

He relies solely on his agility and wit and pretty much never engages himself in proper combat- By using a simple disguise he could easily sneak out of messy situations.

He usually expresses himself as friendly as possible- with his voice softened he takes care to keep his conversations gentle and paced. He puts the other at first and makes his own character weaker and less important in contrast on purpose. He would ask about them, what they are like, what they would like to do, and just go with everything they say. It is almost as if he was a lenient elder sister.
....In reality, however, he is probably dying of boredom on the inside as he really couldn't give less about anyone.

History
Kazue was born a pureblood in a family of five, however, when he turned 57, he decided all of a sudden to run away. Thinking back on it, he can't remember so clearly his reason, but it had something to do with boredom. He found his family too polite and respective, who provided him with an environment too conserved and safe. Rules, rules, and more rules. No matter where he goes or what he does, there always seem to be something restricting him. He loved them for it at first, but as the years lingered on, he started to feel irritation, and later even a hint of disgust. He had a thirst for adventure, for something different- for a major turning point in his life. But obviously staying where he was would not provide that. So one night, just like any other while his household was in deep sleep, Kazue took some clothes and his father's bottle of wine with him and left, penniless and half naked, into the night.

He abandoned all the morals and practices he grew up to in his house and gradually found home in the forest where he would disguise himself as an attractive maiden and charm random passer-bys. Most would take the bait, and when they do Kazue would first have a few words with them, offer them a drink, and after they are drunk- rob them blind. He mostly either stashed his earnings up or used them to buy some daily appliances. Never had he ever thought about returning home, or even making a new one. The trees of the forest provided him the kind of comfort that a home cannot, and although his future appears unclear, he was satisfied.

The only trait that he took with him from his upbringing is his fellowship. His family had believed in the Kushimitama and in her wish to destroy the Rokon. They see potential dangers in anyone obtaining the Rokon and fears it. The sooner it is destroyed, the sooner they will be relieved. For they were always more than content with their current lives and saw no need for any change that the Rokon might bring.
